If you encounter such an error message, it indicates that step 3 of the import instructions may not have been followed correctly:
1. Sign in to your KuCoin account, hover the account icon (top right corner) and select API Management
2. Click on "Create API".
3. Enter a custom API name, cointracking as API Passphrase, select "General" as API Restrictions and select "No" as IP Restriction.
4. Paste your API Key and Secret into the Kucoin API Importer select "Save this KuCoin job".

If you also use sub-accounts, then you need to create API keys separately:
- Click on your user profile, select the sub-account and login in to your sub-account
- Follow the steps from above
