You can import your Ledger Live transactions by using one of the two import methods:
1) Import with Ledger Live CSV Import
2) Import with our Blockchain Importers
Please note:
You can only select one of the import methods, either the Ledger Live CSV Import or the Blockchain Import, to import your blockchain addresses. Using both will cause issues in your CoinTracking account.
1) Import with Ledger Live CSV Import
Follow the step-by-step instructions on the importer page to download a CSV file from Ledger Live and upload it to your CoinTracking account.
It's important to export the data from the Ledger Live Desktop App - an export from the mobile App won't work.
2) Import with our Blockchain Importers
Besides the Ledger Live CSV Import, you also have the option to import your blockchain addresses by using our Blockchain Importers:
If you want to import your BTC transactions via the Blockchain Import specifically, please
make sure to use the xpub (extended public key) wallet address.
To retrieve the xpub address in Ledger Live, open the Ledger Live Desktop App, click on "Accounts", select your BTC Account and click on the wrench icon of your BTC account.
After expanding the advanced logs section, you'll find the xpub address.
