Since the cryptocurrency exchange FTX has declared bankruptcy, we can no longer provide an API connection to import transactions.
However, we understand the importance of maintaining accurate records of your transactions. To assist you in this process, FTX provides an option to export your trades, withdrawal, and deposit transaction history in CSV format. You can access this feature by visiting https://claims.ftx.com/ or by reaching out to the FTX support directly.
The files typically provided by FTX contain Trades, Deposits, and Withdrawals. You can import these files by using our Custom Importer
Please note: FTX also provides a CSV file called "core_transactions.csv." This file cannot be imported using the Custom Importer.
Since the Trade, Deposit, and Withdrawal files are also contained in the "core_transactions.csv" file, you can use the Custom Importer to import these files as described in this article. However, the "core_transactions.csv" can also include additional data that needs to be imported separately.
If you need to import additional data from "core_transaction.csv", you can convert or modify the file to match our template format. You can find the template and instructions here.
We will now show you how to import your CSV files into CoinTracking by using our Custom Importer.
Upload the Trade file on the Custom Importer page, and import the data with the following settings:

Whether you set your settings manually or import them with our import file, it is recommended to save your settings for later use.
Please also note: Only spot trade transactions will get imported. PERP/Margin transactions will not get imported. They need to be imported as PnL data, which is currently not provided in the FTX files, but you can reach out to the FTX support in order to ask for the PnL data.
Upload the Withdrawals file on the Custom Exchange Import page, and import the data with the following settings:
