Phemex Contract Trading (import as PnL) CSV

Can I import Phemex contract trades directly?

Phemex contract trading includes leverage, which means these transactions should be treated as Profit and Loss (PnL) records rather than standard trades.

Where can I find the correct PnL data?

You can retrieve your PnL records from this page on Phemex:
 https://phemex.com/assets/contract-pnl-details

If the data is not directly exportable:

  • Contact Phemex support to request a CSV export.

  • Or copy-paste the table from your browser into an Excel sheet and save it as a CSV file.

How do I import the CSV into CoinTracking?

You can use the Custom Exchange Importer to upload your CSV file.
 Use the following import settings:

How do I classify these transactions correctly?

Since PnL entries are imported as deposits and withdrawals, they need to be categorized to reflect trading gains or losses.

To do this:

  • Use the Bulk Edit tool to change the transaction types to:

    • "Derivatives / Futures Profit" for profits

"Derivatives / Futures Loss" for losses
