Upload the Coinmerce transaction history on the Custom Exchange Import page and import it using the following settings:

Currently, CoinTracking does not support Coinmerse Coin (CM) since it is not available in CoinMarketCap, as our source. Therefore you need to set a custom price for this coin. (further reading: Entering ICO Coins and Non-Listed Assets)
We assumed the FIAT is in EUR. If you are using a different FIAT currency, please change this in parameter 1.
