TL;DR
On Binance US, you need to manually update your API job whenever you trade a new pair of coins (e.g., BTC/XLM) that you haven’t traded before. Existing pairs are detected automatically when you set up the API job for the first time, but new pairs require an update to ensure all transactions are imported correctly.
When is an update needed?
Update is required when you trade a new pair for the first time.
No update is needed for pairs you’ve traded before.
Initial setup automatically identifies all existing pairs.
Any new pairs traded afterward require a manual update.
How to update trade pairs
Go to the Binance US API Import Page and scroll to your active Binance US jobs.
Click Edit on the job you want to update.
Select Update Job and Trade Pairs to add the new pairs.
Additional notes
BNB fees will also be imported automatically once trade pairs are updated.
Updates may take several hours, during which the API job will display “in progress.”
