Important Information for Users Linked to Corporate Accounts Regarding Billing.
For users whose accounts are linked to a tax advisor’s corporate account but who have observed continued charges due to an active individual subscription, we have a clear process to rectify the situation.
The Resolution Process:
1. Please contact your corporate account manager and request to be unlinked from the corporate account temporarily.
2. Once unlinked, you will regain access to the "Billing Page" where you can cancel your individual subscription.
3. After cancelling the subscription, inform your corporate account manager to link you back to the corporate account to continue enjoying the membership benefits via their corporate subscription.

Refund Requests:
If you believe you are entitled to a refund for the charges incurred, we ask that you communicate this to us at your earliest convenience. It is critical to do this before your account is reconnected to the corporate account so that we can process your request correctly.
Please be aware that we normally only refund purchases within a 14-day-period after the date of purchase, according to our Terms of Service.
