To cancel your subscription, please go to the billing tab of your account settings and click on the Cancel subscription button.
If you do not see the Cancel Subscription button, your subscription is already cancelled (or was never set up in the first place) and no future payments will occur regarding the renewal of your premium membership.
If you want to withdraw from the contract of your purchase, please contact our Support Desk.
Please be aware that we normally only refund purchases within a 14-day-period after the date of purchase, according to our Terms of Service.
