If you select "United States" as country on your tax report page then you can download the tax statement full or as summary:
1. Load Report
2. click on "Download tax statement"
3. Options to select --> "Export Report as PDF"

The FBAR report which is reachable via your tax report page shows the Maximum Fair Market Value per each exchange:
Why the capital gains report (CGR) numbers are different then the numbers in the tax forms?
Please keep in mind that both numbers are correct. The numbers in the tax form are rounded and the numbers in the CGR or overview page are not rounded (two decimals).
