If you're looking to import Shakepay data into CoinTracking, you can do so using the Custom Exchange Importer.
What file and settings should I use?
Upload your Shakepay CSV file to the Custom Exchange Import page and apply the following settings:
Please note that, except for trades (purchase/sale), the transactions will be imported as deposit and withdrawal. Please edit the necessary transaction to the correct type on the Transaction page.
We recommend that you save your settings after import so you can reuse them for future updates.
