How to View the Trade List Page

TL;DR: The Trade List page in CoinTracking shows all your imported transactions. It allows you to filter, sort, and export your trades. You can switch to "Full View" for extra detail, customize which columns are shown, and click any trade to view or edit its full details. Ideal for reviewing, reconciling, or preparing for tax reporting.

What is the Trade List page for?

It’s a central hub that displays every transaction you’ve imported into CoinTracking. Each trade entry can be filtered, sorted, expanded, or edited. Whether you’re checking staking rewards, correcting a fee, or reviewing your trade history, this is the place to do it.

How do I see more trade details?

Click the blue plus icon (+) next to a trade. This will expand the row to show details such as:

  • Buy and sell amounts and currencies

  • Transaction fee and fee currency

  • Internal and blockchain-based trade IDs

  • The date of the trade and the date it was added

How can I customize the page layout?

If you switch to Full View (button at the top), you unlock more column options. Click "Manage Columns" to show or hide information such as "Imported From" or "Trade Added On." This makes it easier to audit or trace specific data.

There’s also a Sum widget at the bottom that gives you totals for the current view—even when filters are applied.

How do I filter and search my trades?

Use the Basic Search field to find trades using any keyword quickly.

For more control, click Advanced Search. You can filter by:

  • Type (e.g., Trade, Withdrawal, Staking)

  • Buy/Sell amounts and currencies

  • Exchange, group, comments, and date ranges

The system supports both Smart Search (for partial matches) and RegEx for advanced searches.

Can I export my trade list?

Yes. Above the table are several export options:

  • Copy to clipboard

  • Print version

  • Download as PDF, CSV, or Excel file

This is especially useful for tax preparation or offline backups.

What if trades are missing from the list?

The Trade List shows the same data as the Transactions page. If something is missing, it hasn’t been added yet. Go to the Transactions page to enter it.

Where can I get help while on the page?

There’s a Help & FAQ panel on the right. It explains key features and guides you through:

  • Expanding trades for more info

  • Using search and filters

  • Exporting data

  • Navigating to Full View

Final notes

This page is crucial for tracking and managing your crypto history. Whether you need a detailed audit or a quick review, it gives you full access to your transaction data in one place.
