If you need instructions or help, the first place to visit is our solutions, FAQ and contact page.


We offer the following there:


1. Documentation summaries, step-by-step instructions and tipps on almost every page within your account (in-page help).


2. FAQ articles where you can search for tags. We improve and update this section regularly.


3. Visit the CoinTracking community within dedicated threads in boards (e.g. Discord, Forum).


4. Start a conversation with our chat bot (in English only) and it will provide you with links for suggested FAQ articles and if they are not helpful, you can let him know your E-Mail address and a ticket will be created for you.


5. If you are not able to find an answer or have a specific account related question, use our Ticket tool within your account.

We do not offer phone support, but we will answer to your enquiries as fast possible.
