What is a CoinTracking Corporate Account?
It’s a business-grade solution used by CPAs, accountants, tax advisors, trading firms, and others who manage multiple crypto portfolios—for clients or employees. It allows centralized account management across many user profiles.
Why can’t I purchase a Premium membership?
If your account is integrated into a Corporate System, you won’t be able to access the normal Upgrade page. You’ll see a message saying that your account is restricted from purchasing.
To upgrade:
Ask your corporate admin (e.g., your CPA) to temporarily unlink your account.
Purchase the Premium membership.
Ask them to re-link your account afterward.
How do I cancel my Corporate Account subscription?
Admins can:
Go to the Billing tab of the admin panel.
Click Edit Billing.
Select Cancel Subscription.
If you do not see the Cancel button, your subscription is already inactive. No further renewals will take place.
Note: Company/corporate purchases are not refundable under the Terms of Service.
I'm linked to a Corporate Account but still being charged—why?
This usually happens if you had an active individual subscription before being linked.
To resolve this:
Ask your admin to temporarily unlink your account.
Cancel your individual subscription via the Billing page.
Inform the admin so they can re-link you.
Can I get a refund for duplicate charges?
You may be eligible for a refund if:
The charge occurred within 14 days.
You contact CoinTracking before being re-linked to the Corporate Account.
Send your request to support as early as possible to ensure proper handling.
