If you have initiated your affiliate payments and you still did not receive them after a substantial amount of time, there could be several underlying causes which delay the pay-out process:
- You have set the regular payment option (cryptocurrency pay-out): there can be a extended period of time where the fee does not go below the 0.80€ (1US$) thresh hold. We at CoinTracking also only check the fees twice a day and if aforementioned criteria is not met at those exact times, we will not initiate a payment. Therefore, pay-outs could be delayed even by several weeks if the timing is especially bad. To remedy this issue, please select the fast payment option where we initiate the payment on the next pay-out session. Please be aware that we deduct the transfer fee from the commision payment for this option.
- You have submitted incorrect recipient data. Before we send out any commission payments, we check the recipient data for its validity because of tax purposes. Please submit a valid address and contact us on the Support Desk so that we can initiate the payment process once more.
- You have submitted an incorrect VAT ID or ommitted the statement of such entirely although it is mandatory if you have selected the option to receive affiliate payments as a company. In this case, please provide us with a valid VAT ID and contact us on the Support Desk so that we can initiate the payment process once more.
- The initiated commission payment is marked as fraudulent because the referred customer is a relative of the referrer or the referrer themselve. In this case, a pay-out is not possible at all. We ask for your understanding in this matter.
